Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund once you have downloaded a product. Because our products are digital, there is no way for them to be returned. If a product has been purchased but the associated file has not been accessed, we may make exceptions to this rule. These exceptions will be dealt with on a case by case basis, and we reserve the right to refuse a request for refund. Acceptance of this policy is a condition of membership.
We strongly advise you to carefully review the template and graphics prior to purchase, and to ensure that the available file formats can be supported by your system.

What are the restrictions on my use of downloaded products? |
|

If you plan to use products downloaded from The osCommerce Cafe for on-selling to third party clients, you are required to make significant changes to the template layout and to the graphics. Simple changes such as text amendments, or new photographs are not sufficient to comply with our conditions of use.
If you do not intend to make the mandatory significant design changes, then you are required to purchase an additional license for every client that you intend to provide this product to. Proof that you have acquired the necessary licenses for third party marketing must be retained through purchase receipts or other supporting documentation.
Our graphics may not be distributed or displayed as part of any archive, media disk, catalog or auction in a manner that encourages third parties to accept our products as being your own. Additionally, they may not be presented in a portfolio which could be interpreted as a representation of your own work.
Our products may be used for both commercial and personal use, as long as they conform to the restrictions indicated above.

No. On purchasing a template product from The osCommerce Cafe you are granted a license to use that product royalty free, in accordance with the restrictions and conditions of use. These restrictions and conditions are outlined above, and are clearly indicted in the product license.
We do not grant ownership rights for items downloaded through membership subscriptions.

Depending on the nature and severity of the violations, we also reserve the right to pursue civil and/or criminal legal action.
The osCommerce Cafe may review accounts for suspicion of misuse and violations based on but not limited to:
- A pattern of negative behavior or activity on our website
- Complaints or misuse reports communicated by other members
- Violations discovered by The osCommerce Cafe employees
We also reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notification. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of any changes, by reviewing the terms section on our site for any such updates. |

I purchased a membership, but it says Im not activated? |

To protect both our site and the rights of our legitimate users, all our membership subscription orders are reviewed for signs of fraudulence before acceptance.
Once your order has been processed and confirmed by an osCommerce Cafe representative, your account will be activated. We work to complete this process as quickly as possible to minimize delay.

Access problems are typically the result of your computer not properly setting the cookie sent by our website. To correct this issue, please try the following courses of action:
- The web browser security or privacy setting may be too high (this setting should not be set past medium).
- You may be behind a firewall that is blocking our cookie.
- You may be using a web proxy that is filtering the cookies and preventing them from reaching your computer.
- The cookies may be completely disabled in you browser.
- Additionally, our login is case sensitive, so be sure that you are entering your username and password exactly as you did when you signed up for your account.
